Introduction

DoubleDragon Corporation, led by Chairman Edgar "Injap" Sia II and Co-Chairman Tony Tan Caktiong, has swiftly risen to prominence as a top real estate company, achieving a market capitalization exceeding $2 billion within two years of its IPO. The company's vision aims to accumulate 1 million square meters of leasable space by 2020. This ambitious goal includes 700,000 square meters from the rollout of 100 community malls under its subsidiary, CityMall, in partnership with SM Investments Corporation, poised to become the largest independently branded community mall chain in the Philippines. An additional 300,000 square meters will come from two office projects in Metro Manila: DD Meridian Park in the Bay Area and Jollibee Tower in Ortigas CBD.
